Selects the amount of time that the radio waits in active scan mode for a SecureNet-encrypted Non-XL (non-range extended) Cipher Feedback signal to be detected following a carrier detect. This feature applies for Conventional communications on a radio-wide basis. Time is in milliseconds.
When the Secure Operation field is set to "Hardware" or "Advanced Digital Privacy", and
when the radio is model / option capable.
